Xanh Shoots Single-Round Program Record in Second Round of NCAA Regional

STANFORD, Calif. – Cal State Fullerton women's golf is tied for seventh place after two rounds of the NCAA Stanford Regional with a score of 16-over par 584. 

Davina Xanh shot a single-round program record 8-under par 63 in round two Tuesday morning to jump up the leaderboard to tied for fourth place. Xanh was tied for 35th place at the conclusion of round one with a 2-over par. Through two rounds Xanh is 6-under par 136. 

Kaitlyn Zermeno Smith and Zara Ali are tied for 41st place with a score of 7-over par 149. Zermeno Smith shot a 2-over par 73 in round two after shooting 5-over par 76 in the first round. Ali recorded an 8-over par 79 in the second round following her 1-under par 70 in round one. 

Katharina Zeilinger is tied for 45th with an 8-over par 150. Zeilinger shot 5-over par 76 in round two and a 3-over par 74 in the first round. Louise Dahl is at 19-over par 161 to leave her in 63rd place. 

The Titans are back on the Stanford Golf Course Wednesday morning for the third and final round of the NCAA Regional. Fullerton's tee-times begin at 8:55 a.m.
