FRISCO, Texas – Linley Ooi has been named to the Golf Pride WGCA Assistant Coach of the Year Award Watchlist, the Women's Golf Coaches Associations announced Thursday morning. Ooi is one of 15 assistant coaches throughout the country named to the watchlist. 

The inaugural award recipient will be announced after the upcoming Division I Women's NCAA Championship. This award recognizes an assistant coach whose leadership, preparation, and commitment elevate their program's performance and positively impact the student-athlete experience.

Ooi has helped lead the Titans to its best season in program history, finishing the regular season ranked as the No. 43 ranked team in the country and earning an at-large bid to the NCAA Tournament. 

Fullerton was selected as the No. 7 seed in the Stanford Regional and will compete May 11-13 at the Stanford Golf course.
