FULLERTON, Calif. – The Cal State Fullerton softball program ranked No. 4 in the D1Softball Week Five Mid-Major Top 25 and No. 6 in Softball America's rankings, the publications announced Monday morning. Fullerton was the only Big West institution to receive a ranking from Softball America following its conference-opening sweep over Cal Poly, while checking in ahead of D1Softball's No. 20 Long Beach State. The Titans have ranked in D1Softball's Mid-Major Top 25 Rankings each week this season, coming in at No. 11 (preseason), No. 18 (week one), No. 15 (week two), No.8 (week three) and No. 5 (week four).Â
