Titans Picked Tied for Fourth in BIg West Preseason Poll; Kirchner Named to Preseason All-Big West Team

FULLERTON, Calif. – Cal State Fullerton is picked to finish tied for fourth in The Big West Preseason Poll, the conference announced Friday afternoon. 

UC Santa Barbara is picked to win The Big West with Cal Poly in second, UC Irvine in third, followed by the Titans and Hawaii tied for fourth. 

Andrew Kirchner was named to the All-Big West Preseason Team heading into his senior year. In his first year with the Titans in 2025, Kirchner led the Big West with 70 RBI which ranked tied for 34th in the nation. His 70 RBI were the most by a Titan in a single season since Nick Ramirez had 75 in 2010. Kirchner had a .307 batting average with 37 runs and a team-high 12 home runs.
