NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Louise Dahl recorded a birdie on the 18th hole in the third and final round to earn the outright individual title at the Nashville Invitational Tuesday afternoon.
Dahl captured her first career individual title with consistent performances across all three rounds. After being tied for first entering the final round, Dahl was able to birdie the final hole to take the outright lead. Dahl finished the tournament at even par 216 (71-72-73).
Cal State Fullerton earned a strong fourth-place finish as a team, shooting 38-over par 902 at the Hermitage Golf Course.
Katharina Zeilinger delivered a solid final-round performance, finishing tied for 23rd place with a 12-over par 228 (76-78-74).
Davina Xanh closed out the tournament on a high note, shooting a 73 in the final round and helping her finish in 31st place and 14-over par 230 (78-79-73).
Kaitlyn Zermeno Smith finished 16-over-par 232 (79-77-76) to place tied for 40th. Amber Davalos placed tied for 51st after shooting 20-over par 236 (76-78-82).
The Titans return to action on April 7-9 at the Chevron Silverado Showdown, hosted by the University of Colorado.
