Men's Golf Places 14th at The Duck Invite

The Titans (27-over par 879) shot their lowest round (288) in Monday's first round

EUGENE, Ore. – Cal State Fullerton men's golf took 14th place after shooting 27-over par 879 at The Duck Invite hosted by the University of Oregon on Tuesday. 

Tegan Andrews (2-under par 211) finished the tournament tied for 12th place. Andrews completed the first and second rounds in 68 strokes each before golfing a 4-over par 75 in the final round. 

Patrick Ordonez shot a consistent 5-over par 218 (72-73-73) to tie for 39th place, while Giacomo Comerio tied for 66th place with a score of 11-over par 224 (74-78-72). 

Matthew Schafer sat alone in 77th place after shooting a 15-over par 228 (74-75-79). Will Tanaka rounded out the Titans lineup, finishing in 85th place with a score of 19-over par 232 (77-77-78). 

The Titans hit the green at the Wyoming Cowboy Classic on Monday, March 31 in Maricopa, AZ. The two-day tournament will be played at the Ak-Chin Southern Dunes Golf Club.
