FORT COLLINS, Colo. - Cal State Fullerton men's golf opened the 2024-25 season in sixth place at the Ram Masters Invitational after shooting 2-under par 838. 

Dante Lazare led the Titans with a score of 3-under par 207, tying for 10th place. Lazare shot a career best 69 in all three rounds, while setting new tournament-best finishes. 

Tegan Andrews tied for 31st place after shooting a 2-over par 212. Andrews shot his best round on Tuesday in the second round (77-66-69). 

Matthew Schafer (71-75-68) and freshman Will Tanaka (70-72-72) finished the tournament sharing 47th place with a score of 4-over par 214. 

Patrick Ordonez (7-over par 217) shot a 74 in the final round to finish tied for 58th place. He opened the tournament on Tuesday shooting a 74 in the first round and a 69 in the second.  

The Titans will travel back to Colorado for the Mark Simpson Colorado Invitational hosted by the University of Colorado on Monday, Sept. 30 and Tuesday, Oct. 1.
