Xanh Earns Eighth Straight Top Ten Finish at Fresno State Classic

FRESNO, Calif. – Cal State Fullerton women's golf finished the Fresno State Classic Tuesday afternoon in 12th place with a score of 31-over par 895.Ā 

Davina Xanh led the team individually with her eighth straight top-10 finish as she placed tied for fourth with a score of even par 216 (71-73-72). Xanh has finished in the top-10 in every tournament this season.Ā 

Katharina Zeilinger placed tied for 44th with a score of 9-over par 225 (75-76-74). Kaitlyn Zermeno Smith shot an 11-over par 227 (76-78-73) to place tied for 56th.Ā 

Amber Davalos competed in the tournament as an individual and placed tied for 68th with a score of 13-over par 229 (78-75-76). Gabby Minier finished the tournament tied for 89th with a score of 19-over par 235 (73-81-81) while Linley Ooi placed tied for 97th with a 21-over par 237 (78-86-73).Ā 

Colorado State took first place as a team while Andrea Bergsdottir of Colorado State took first place individually.Ā 

The Titans are back in action April 3 & 4 at the Wyoming Cowgirl Classic at the Ak-Chin Southern Dunes Golf Club in Arizona.
