Women's Golf Places Sixth at Ptarmigan Ram Classic

FORT COLLINS, Colo. – Cal State Fullerton women's golf finished the Colonel Wollenberg Ptarmigan Ram Classic Tuesday afternoon in sixth place with a 2-under par 862. 

Davina Xanh led the team individually with a ninth place finish after shooting 6-under par 210 (66-69-72). Xanh has finished in the top-10 in each of the Titans two tournaments this season after having three top-10 finishes last season. 

Katharina Zeilinger finished the tournament tied for 18th place with a score of even par 216 (75-69-72). Gabby Minier (73-71-74) and Kaitlyn Zermeno Smith (73-75-70) both tied for 23rd place after shooting 2-over par 218. Zara Ali placed tied for 53rd in his first tournament with a score of 20-over par 236 (78-82-76). 

The Titans are back in action next Monday and Tuesday at the Pat Lesser-Harbottle Invitational hosted by Seattle University in Lakewood, Wash.
