LAKEWOOD, Wash. – Cal State Fullerton women's golf placed tied for fifth at the Pat Lesser-Harbottle Invitational with a score of 17-over par 881.Â
Davina Xanh led the team individually with a tied for fifth place finish after shooting 1-under par 215. Xanh improved each round of the tournament, shooting a 73 in round one followed by a 72 and 70 in rounds two and three. Xanh has placed in the top-10 in each of the Titans first three tournaments this season.Â
Linley Ooi placed tied for 17th with a score of 4-over par 220 (75-72-73). Gabby Minier shot a 6-over par 222 to finish the tournament tied for 31st (74-74-74).Â
Katharina Zeilinger placed tied for 59th after shooting 11-over par 227 (73-81-73). Kaitlyn Zermeno Smith shot 14-over par 230 to place tied for 75th.Â
The Titans are back in action later this month at the Rainbow Wahine Invitational in Hawaii. The three-day tournament begins Monday, Oct. 23.
