SAN DIEGO – Cal State Fullerton freshman Alexis Valenzuela was the only Titan in the win column on Tuesday as CSF suffered a 6-1 loss to Furman at the Skip & Cindy Tennis Center in San Diego.

The Titans (3-9) have now lost two straight, and Wednesday will play the San Diego Toreros at 11 a.m. at the Skip & Cindy Tennis Center.

Furman improved to 7-3 with the win.

Valenzuela recorded a 6-3, 6-1 victory over Alex Moreno-Kaste, winning her eighth consecutive match as the West Covina, Calif., native has now improved to 9-3 on the year.
