AS A JUNIOR (2014)
Played and started in all 58 games for the Titans... Led the teamwith a .338 batting average as well as triples (5), hits (80),total bases (124), slugging percentage (.523) and on-basepercentage (.419). Tied for team lead in doubles (16) and home runs(6)... Made 14 appearances out of the bullpen and had a 2-3 recordwith a 2.66 ERA... Led the team with seven saves in eightopportunities... Struck out 22 batters and issued just four walksin 20 and 1/3 innings... Nominated for the John Olerud Award, whichis issued to the best combo pitcher and position player in thenation... Was perfect in stolen base attempts, swiping acareer-high seven bags in 2014... Named the Big West ConferencePlayer of the Week on May 26 after batting .562 with five extrabase hits in four games, culminated on May 23 when he belted twohome runs in one game against Cal State Northridge, driving in allthree runs for the Titans... Named to the Stillwater All-RegionalTeam after batting .333 (6-for-18) with four runs scored and fiveRBI while slugging .556 in the four games... Hit a grand slam tobreak a 1-1 tie and lead the Titans to a 5-1 victory in theStillwater Regional opening game against No. 19 Nebraska...Finished the season on a 16-game hitting streak, the longest of hiscareer. Batted .429 (30-for-70) and slugged .729 with eightdoubles, two triples and three home runs during that stretch to goalong with 16 RBI... Also strung together a nine-game hittingstreak earlier in the year... Batted .329 with runners in scoringposition and led the team with 21 two-out RBI... Led the team with22 multi-hit games including four four-hit games... Was the onlyplayer to drive in four RBI twice this season.

SUMMER 2013
Named to the 2013 Cape Cod All-League Team...also was rated as theNo. 12 prospect in the Cape Cod League as evaluated by BaseballAmerica...appeared in 36 games in the Cape Cod League, playing forthe Chatham Anglers, and helped the club to a 26-17 record andplayoff appearance…batted .309 with 24 runs scored, 38 hits,seven doubles, six home runs, 29 RBIs, 19 walks and four stolenbases…also made five appearances on the mound, tossing atotal of four and 2/3 innings while striking outseven…managed a 0.00 ERA, totaled two saves and was creditedwith one loss and no wins…was named the 2013 Cape LeagueAll-Star Game Most Valuable Player for the Eastern Division, afterleading the squad to a 9-3 victory over the West…representing Chatham, batted 2-for-2, driving in three runs withone swing of the bat in the sixth inning…prior to the gamecompeted in the Home Run Derby, and finished second, advancing tothe finals with winner Skyler Ewing.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2013)
Named to the Fullerton All-Regional Team, Big West ConferenceFirst Team and Big West Player of the Week on Feb. 18…atwo-way player for the Titans, batted .318 with 40 runs scored, 67hits, 11 doubles, one triple, four home runs (two grand slams), 50RBIs (second on the team) and 31 walks…batted third in thelineup (25) and cleanup (30)…started 57 games (52 atdesignated hitter, 4 at third base, 1 at first base)…againstBig West competition, batted .337, driving in 23 runs…batted.337 (28-for-83) with runners in scoring position, and totaled 14two-out RBIs…completed the year with 19 multiple-hit gamesand led the club with 13 multiple-RBI games…finished secondon the squad driving in the game-winning run on seven occasions: atwo-run single in the first inning vs. Nebraska (02/16), asacrifice fly in the fifth inning vs. Texas A&M (03/09), atwo-run single in the sixth vs. Nebraska (03/20), a two-run singlevs. Pacific in the fifth (03/28), a one-run single at UC Riversidein the first (05/11), a two-run homer at Cal State Northridge inthe third (05/23) and a sacrifice fly in the first inning vs.Columbia (05/30)…was named Big West Player of the Week onFeb. 18 after helping Cal State Fullerton to four straight wins to open the season, batting .438 with 11 RBIs, sevenhits and an .875 slugging percentage…hit two home runs– including his first grand slam of the year – in an8-2 victory at CSU Bakersfield (02/17)…hit his second grandslam of the year in a 6-4 victory over USC (04/09)…batted aperfect 5-for-5 , drove in a run and scored two runs in aseries-tying 5-0 shutout at Hawai’i (04/27)…batted for4-for-6 with two RBIs in series-sweeping win at Cal StateNorthridge (05/25)…on the mound finished the year with a2.74 ERA, 1-2 record and four saves…made 16 appearances andthree starts…tossed a total of 23 innings and struck out 17batters…in a controlled start at Pepperdine, tossed threeshutout innings and struck out three in a 6-3 victory(02/20)…picked up his first save tossing one and 2/3 shutoutinnings in a series-clinching 6-2 win at TCU (02/23)…tossedone inning of shutout relief for the save in a series-opening 5-2win at Cal State Northridge (05/23)…tossed one inning ofshutout relief in a series-clinching 6-4 win at Cal StateNorthridge (05/24).

SUMMER 2012
Selected as a Summer All-American as utility player forthe Wisconsin Woodchucks of the Northwest League by Perfect Game• Batted .344 with three home runs and 26 RBIs while posting a4-0 record with a 2.10 ERA on the mound • Season was cut shortwhen he suffered a broken clavicle and a sprained ankle in ahead-on auto collision in Wisconsin on July 19.

AS A FRESHMAN (2012)
Had a solid true freshman season as a two-way player• Appeared in 41 games, mostly as a designated hitter, whilemaking five pitching appearances • Best mound effort came inseason finale vs. Austin Peay in NCAA Regional at Oregon when hestarted and hurled six innings of four-hit shutout ball • Lastprevious mound appearance had been Mar. 18 vs. Long Beach State,his fourth of four early-season starts • Finished at 2-0 withwins over TCU (11-10 on Feb. 26) and Utah Valley State (11-3 onMarch 4) • Had a 3.52 ERA with three walks and nine strikeoutsin 23 innings • Despite limited innings, he led team with fourpickoffs • He batted .229 with 20 RBIs (13 with 2 outs, tiedfor second on team) and a team-best four home runs • Each ofhis roundtrippers were significant hits in victories: on Feb. 19 atNo. 1-ranked Florida his three-run shot in the sixth inning made itan 8-3 game on the way to an 8-5 win; on Apr. 15 at UC Irvine histwo-run shot in the sixth inning broke a 2-2 tie on the way to apivotal 5-3 Big West win; on May 11 at UC Santa Barbara his two-runshot capped a five-run first inning on the way to a 9-7 win; and onMay 27 his three-run homer capped a four-run seventh inning thatbroke a scoreless tie and sent the Titans toward a 5-1 win at LongBeach State that clinched the Big West title • Longest hittingstreak of season was a five-gamer (May 1-11, 5-for-21, .238) •Played a few innings at first base.

HIGH SCHOOL
Was a four-year letterwinner for Jeff Carlson and theThundering Herd at Elk Grove High School in Elk Grove, Calif.• Was a teammate of Titan catcher Jared Deacon in 2008 and2009 • Was a four-time All-Delta Valley Conference honoree asa two-way player (1B/3B/RHP) • Never hit lower than .337 inhis career and hit a whopping 19 home runs and drove in 141 overfour seasons • He hit .444, .337, .486 and .505 from 2008 to2011 earning All-Metro recognition in each of his last threeseasons • Was dominant on the mound striking out  219batters in 165 career innings (1.3 batters per inning) and neverposted an ERA above 2.60 • Was a two-time high schoolAll-American and NorCal Player of the Year in his junior (.486, 8HR, 60 RBI, 1.80 ERA, 91 K) and senior (.505, 9 HR, 45 RBI, 1.56ERA, 70 K) seasons • Was also an all-league football player asa sophomore in the fall of 2008 • Was a three-timeScholar-Athlete • Was drafted in the fifth round (180thoverall) by the Tampa Bay Rays.
