FULLERTON, Calif. – After a standout week at the plate, Paul Contreras has been named to Baseball America's National Team of the Week. 

Contreras went 10-for-14 with two home runs, two doubles, a triple, nine RBI and four walks with just one strikeout in four games last week against No. 17 USC and Cal Poly. 

The junior outfielder leads the Titans with a .358 batting average along with a team-high 36 runs, 38 RBI and 12 home runs while drawing a team-high 31 walks. His .358 batting average ranks third in the Big West while his impressive .437 average in conference play leads the Big West. 

The Titans wrap up the regular season this week with a three-game series at UC San Diego beginning Thursday night.
