FULLERTON, Calif. – The Cal State Fullerton Men's Basketball team has announced their newest addition ahead of the 2026-27 season. Malcolm Bell, a southern California native, will join the Titans after transferring from Cal Poly Pomona.
Titans Head Coach,
Dedrique Taylor said, "We are excited to have Malcolm joining the Titan family, he brings experience, athleticism, and height along with high character and a uniqueness in that he is a local young man that grew up within 20 mins of our campus."
The 6'5 senior guard from Diamond Bar, California was named 2025-26 All-CCAA First Team and earned CCAA Player of the Week in December. Bell averaged 14.7 points, 6.8 rebounds, and 1.8 assists per game during his junior season. Bell started in each of the 29 games he appeared in and led the Broncos in points (427), steals (55), free-throws made (11), and free-throw attempts (146). The future Titan averaged 36% from the three-point line.
Coach Taylor added, "Malcolm is going to improve our program in many ways, and we are looking forward to his arrival."
