San Diego, Calif. - The No. 3 seeded Cal State Fullerton Titans women's tennis team defeated the No. 10 UC Riverside Highlanders 4-0 to begin the 2026 Women's Tennis Big West Championship hosted at the Barnes Tennis Center.

The Titans improved to 14-7 overall for the year after defeating the Highlanders.

The Titans made quick work of UCR in the doubles category as the No. 3 pairing of Milena Gevorgyan/Madison Schwarz won on Court 3 6-0.  It then became a race to see which Titan pairing would finish first on Courts 1 and Court 2 and the No. 1 pairing of Emilie Lugon-Moulin/Seha You won 6-2 to give the Titans the doubles point.

In singles, all six Titans won their first set.  Dana Kunza was the first to complete her singles match after defeating Sam Condevillamar 6-1, 6-1 on Court 6 to give the Titans a 2-0 lead.  Milena Gevorgyan dispatched Crystal Kim 6-3, 6-3 on Court 5 to give the Titans a 3-0 lead.  Seha Yu defeated Camile Li 6-2, 6-2 on Court 4 to seal the victory for the Titans.

The Titans will take on the No. 6 CSUN Matadors in Thursday's quarterfinal match after they defeated No. 7 UC Irvine, 4-0.
