PRIOR TO CAL STATE FULLERTON (WESTERN CAROLINA)
2025 (Junior) - Went 8-8 in singles play, primarily competing in the no. 4 singles spot… picked up singles wins against Samford and Mercer in the conference season… Posted a 13-6 doubles record, pairing on the no. 3 court with Angela Perez for a 7-4 record… also partnered with Jade Groen on the top court, going 6-2…Went 4-3 in doubles play in conference... received CSC Academic All-District honors
2024 (Sophomore) – Posted a 7-11 singles record with a 4-8 record on court four and a 5-2 record on court five… recorded a run of five straight singles wins before closing out the regular season with back-to-back singles wins vs Wofford and Chattanooga… Went 13-9 on the second doubles court, pairing with her sister Chloe Schwarz for a 7-2 record and Jade Groen for a 6-4 record… Named to the 2023-24 Southern Conference Academic Honor Roll as well as the 2023-24 Southern Conference Academic All-Conference list
2023 (Freshman): Claimed seven singles wins in the top half of the Western Carolina lineup card… won four of her seven singles matches in the No. 2 spot… earned a league singles win over UNCG… earned nine doubles wins from the No. 1 spot in the WCU lineup… went 4-1 with Angela Perez in the top spot of the Catamount doubles lineup… the pair grabbed doubles victories over Mercer and UNCG… earned 2022-23 SoCon Honor Roll honors… earned 2022-2023 SoCon Commissioner's Medal...
HIGH SCHOOL
She graduated from St. Michael's College in Adelaide, South Australia in 2021. She played tennis and Austalian Rules Football where her team won the state championship. She played club tennis for Seaside Tennis Club under head coach Joel Kerley.
PERSONAL
She was born in Adelaide, South Australia to Vicki and Karl Schwarz. She has two siblings, Chloe and Zac. She is majoring in communications and would like to pursue a career as a sports journalist. Besides playing Australia Rules Football, she also won a national title for the 800M in the U12 Track and Field Championship. In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach and hanging out with friends and family. She models her game after Iga Swiatek.
