PHOENIX – Cal State Fullerton men's soccer earned a 1-1 draw on the road against Grand Canyon Sunday night at GCU Stadium. The Titans are now 2-3-2 on the year.Â
Fullerton fell behind early, giving up a goal to Grand Canyon in the 14th minute of play to fall behind 1-0.Â
The Titans came back to tie the game in the 27th minute on a goal by Roberto Ordonez assisted by Erick Serrano to make it a 1-1 game. Ordonez leads the team with 12 points on the year on three goals and six assists.Â
Neither team was able to get much offense going in the second half. The Titans had several crosses and through balls into the box but were unable to get anything on net, recording just two shots in the second half.Â
Brandon Limes stood strong in net for the Titans, allowing just one goal on seven shots while recording four saves.Â
Fullerton is back at Titan Stadium Wednesday night to host Gonzaga. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. PT.
