FULLERTON, Calif. - The Cal State Fullerton Titans women's tennis team dropped a close game at home on Thursday after falling to CSUN 4-3 at the Titan Courts. 

The Titans moved to 9-6 overall for the season and 2-2 in conference play.  The Matadors moved to 10-2 overall and 4-0 in conference action.

The Titans were up 1-0 heading into singles after winning the doubles point.  No. 1 Josie Usereau and Sein Myoung won their doubles match 6-1.  No. 3 Milena Gevorgyan and Seha Yu won their doubles match 7-5 to secure the doubles point.

In singles, the Titans quickly went up 2-0 in the match after No. 2 Josie Usereau won her match 6-2, 6-1.  However, the Matadors were able to rattle off four straight wins in No. 4, No. 5, No. 6, and No. 3 to secure the match point.  No. 1 Sein Myoung won the finals single match of the game in three sets (5-7, 6-2, 6-4) to prevent CSUN from winning the final five singles matches.

The Titans will head to Long Beach State tomorrow for another conference matchup.  First serve is set for 2 PM.
