FRESHMAN (2024)
She went 13-6 and 5-4 in Big West play in singles...She mainly played in the No. 1 position where she went 10-6, she went 3-0 in the No. 2 spot in singles...She went 12-8 overall in doubles play and 4-3 in Big West play...She was 10-7 with her main partner Sein Myoung in the No. 1 spot in doubles and also went 2-1 with Natalie Duffy in the No. 1 spot in doubles...Usereau became the second ever Titan in program history to win the Freshman of the Year award...She was the only Titan to be named Big West Player of the Week for the season after her match against LMU and she also had a strong fall where she was the Singles Runner Up at the Dennis Riza Classic and made it to the Quarterfinals of the ITA West Intercollegiate Championship.
High School/Juniors
She graduated from the University of Nebraska High School in Lincoln, Nebraska in the spring of 2023. She played tennis at the Nuns Island Tennis Club and played in the ITF Juniors. She was a national champion in doubles twice, Finalist in singles, J2 doubles finalist, and J5 winner in singles and doubles.
Personal
She was born in Chateauguay, Quebec, Canada to Serge Usereau and Annie Boisselle. She has three siblings, Emmy, Claudie, and Janie. She is majoring in kinesiology and would like to get into med school in the future. She chose to come to Cal State Fullerton because she liked the team, the school's location, and the competitiveness of the Big West. She speaks fluent French and plays soccer semi-professionally. Her father was a national arm wrestling champion. She models her game after Ash Barty. Â Her favorites include: Inter Miami (Sports Team), Shrek (Movie), The Weeknd (Musical Artist), Roland-Garros (Place to Play), Ryan Reynolds, Jim Carrey (Actors), Chipotle (Restaurant).
