FULLERTON, Calif. – Cal State Fullerton Women''s Soccer Head Coach Demian Brown has signed a contract extension through the 2026 season, Athletics Director Jim Donovan announced on Wednesday.

"We're very proud of Coach Demian Brown winning his 5th Big West Conference regular season championship!" said Athletics Director Jim Donovan. "Demian has our program consistently doing well in Big West conference play, and with this contract extension we keep a True Titan leading our Titan women's soccer program to even greater success!"

Brown led the Titans to a 8-5-7 overall record in 2023 with a 6-1-3 Big West record to earn the regular season championship outright and the No. 1 overall seed for the Big West Tournament.

"I'd like to thank Mr. Jim Donovan, President Alva, and the administration for continuing to believe in me and my guidance of the women's soccer program," Brown said. "Being a part of the Titans athletics department is truly an honor.  I look forward to continuing to lead the women's soccer student-athletes on our quest for academic success and Big West Conference championships."

Under Brown's leadership last season, the Titans earned two of the yearly awards in Kaylee Noble being named the Big West Freshman of the Year and Isaac Ranson being named the Big West Goalkeeper of the Year.  Under Brown's tenure as head coach, the Titans have earned 16 of the annual conference awards (Two Offensive Player of the Year Awards, Three Defensive Player of the Year awards, Two Freshman of the Year Awards, Five Goalkeeper of the Year Awards, and Four Midfielder of the Year Awards).

Fullerton earned five Big West All-Conference selections last season with four players named to the All-Big West First Team and one player named to the All-Big West Freshman team.  Under Brown's tenure as head coach, the Titans have earned 35 All-Big West Selections and 79 total All-Big West honors.

During the 2023 season the Titans started Big West play with just two points in three games after losing their conference opening game.  The Titans proceeded to go 9-games unbeaten and 6-0-3 to secure the 10th regular season championship in program history.

In 17 seasons at the helm of the Cal State Fullerton women's soccer program, Brown has led the team to five Big West Regular Season Championships, six Big West Tournament Championships and six NCAA Tournament appearances. Brown is sixth all-time in conference history with 149 wins in the Big West Conference.
