Box Score DAVIS, Calif. – Cal State Fullerton women's volleyball fell in straight sets against UC Davis (21-25, 12-25, 11-25) on Saturday. 

The Titans battled through 11 ties and six lead changes before the Aggies found a 4-0 scoring run to take the first set from the Titans, 25-21. Bianca Martinez collected 4.5 points for the Titans in the first set with two kills on five total attacks and three blocks, two of which were unassisted. Lyla Traylor and Lolo Fonua grabbed two kills of their own in the first set. The Titans, who once led 14-8, tied the back up at 21-21 before the defeat. 

Aubrey Beaver gave the Titans a 2-1 lead in the second set with a kill set up by Ryleigh Garis before the Aggies went on a 6-0 scoring run to take a 7-2 lead. The set concluded with a 8-0 scoring run by UC Davis, putting the Titans in a 2-0 match deficit. As a team, the Titans posted a .143 hitting percentage with six kills on 27 total attacks and three errors. 

The Titans fought from behind for the entirety of the third set, finding just four kills on 24 total attacks. UC Davis powered to a 20-6 lead before completing the sweep over the Titans, 25-11, on a Titan service error. 

Women's Volleyball remains on the road next week for match-ups against CSUN on Friday, Nov. 1 (6:00 p.m.), and Cal State Bakersfield on Saturday, Nov. 2 (4:00 p.m.).
