Appeared in 29 games...She scored three goals and tallied 5 assists....Also tallied five steals and two field blocks
PRIOR TO CAL STATE FULLERTON
She spent two years at Ventura College. She was the team captain her freshman year and the team defensive MVP her sophomore year. She holds the 4th best record for exclusions drawn (54) and is 5th in career steals with 149. She scored 90 goals during her two years with Ventura (51 as a freshman, 39 as a sophomore). She also tallied 68 assists over two seasons with Ventura. Â She was named to the 1st Team All-Western State Conference her freshman year and 2nd Team All-Western State Conference her sophomore year. Â She was named to the All-Southern California second team her freshman year.
HIGH SCHOOL
She graduated from Camarillo High School in 2022. She lettered in water polo her sophomore through senior season. She was 1st Team All-Coastal Conference for three years. She was the team MVP her junior year and offensive MVP her sophomore and senior year. She was team captain her junior and senior year. Her team were league champions her senior year and CIF Quarterfinalists. She played club water polo for South Coast Aquatics. She won a junior olympic silver medal in 2019 and bronze medal in 2021.
PERSONAL
She was born in Fontana, Calif. To Valerie and Lucas Santos. She has one sibling, Kaden. She plans on majoring in kinesiology and would like to become a NICU nurse or nurse practitioner. She chose to come to Cal State Fullerton after her recruiting trip and wanted to be a part of building a program rather than joining an established program. Â She played ten different sports before settling on water polo. In her free time she likes going to the beach and looking for sea glass, surfing, drawing and painting and being crafty, and spending time with loved ones. During high school she was part of the Unified Sport Program that sanctioned a variety of sports for special needs kids and also volunteered for a program called Night to Remember which hosted a prom night for special needs kids. Her favorites include: Seafood and Honey buns (Food), Simone Biles & Katie Ledecky (Athletes), Dodgers, Lakers, Seahawks, and Raiders (Sports Teams), Marvel Movies and Tangled (Movies), Post Malone, Zach Bryan, NLE Choppa, Billie Eilish, Sam Barber, SZA, Brent Faiyaz, Russ, and Black Eyed PEas (Musical Artists), The Bible (Book), Ryan Reynolds, Scarlett Johannson, Chris Pratt, Jennifer Lawrence (Actors), Gen Korean BBQ, 71 Above (Restaurants)
