PRIOR TO CSF
She spent one year at Cloud County Community College. She appeared in 27 games, making 25 starts.  She scored 244 points and averaged 9.0 points per game and 4.5 rebounds per game.  She shot 28.3% from beyond the arc (32-for-113).

HIGH SCHOOL
She graduated from Omaha Central HS in 2024.  She lettered in basketball all four years for the Eagles.  Her team went to state three of the four years she was there. She played club basketball for Nebraska Hoops Elite in the Select 40 league under head coach Latrell Wrightsell.

PERSONAL
Born in Omaha, Nebraska to Nels Petersen and Juanita DeLeon. She has one younger brother, Nels. She is majoring in kinesiology. She chose to come to Cal State Fullerton because she wanted a change of scenery, she liked the campus, and liked the coaching staff. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with family and friends and trying out new food spots.  Her pregame ritual is to listen to music and pray.
