Jason Hill was hired in July 2026. He is in his first year as an assistant coach of the Titans women's basketball team.
Hill joined the Titans coaching staff after spending the past eight seasons at the University of Hawai'i.
Hill worked his way up the ranks up the coaching staff for the Rainbow Wahine after beginning as a graduate manager in 2018-19. He became a video coordinator before becoming an assistant coach. He was a director of player development as well as serving as a director of basketball operations the past four seasons. While at Hawaii, he was a part of a team that made five National Postseason Appearances (2 NCAA, 2 WBIT, 1 WNIT). They won three Big West regular season titles and two conference tournament championships. The Rainbow Wahine made the Big West Tournament Championship game four of the eight seasons Hill was there. They made it to the Big West Conference Tournament Semifinals during all eight seasons Hill was there.
Prior to the University of Hawai'i, Hill was a student manager for the USC women's basketball team as well as a practice player while a student there. He also served as a practice player for the LA Sparks during his time at USC.
A native of Martinsburg, West Virginia. Hill graduated from USC with a Major in Business Administration in 2018 and a minor in Sports Media Studies. He earned his M.Ed. in Global Perspectives on Education Policy and Practice at the University of Hawai'i in 2020. He earned a graduate certificate in online learning and teaching in 2021.
