Cassandra Lacey joined the Titans Women's Basketball Team as an Assistant Coach in September 2024. The 2024-25 season will be her first with the Titans.
Lacey joined the Titans from the University of Redlands Staff where she spent the 2023-24 season as an assistant coach. She was in charge of recruiting for the main and JV teams for the school, individual player workouts, recruiting visits, assisting in travel arrangements, promoting and conducting their high school camp, and coordinating all equipment handling.
Lacey made her way to the Pomona-Pitzer coaching staff after serving as an assistant coach and a four year player at the University of Redlands. Lacey spent one season as an assistant coach for the Maroon and Grey following graduation and ranks among the Top-10 All-Time as a player in points, assists and starts. Lacey ended her playing career as a 1,000-point scorer, was selected the SCIAC Athlete of the Year, was an All-West Region selection and received 1st Team All-SCIAC accolades twice. She was a big part of her teams success in winning the conference and conference tournament in the 2019-2020 season. She gave the school its first NCAA tournament birth in 10 years and helped beat the nationally 8th ranked team in the first round.
Lacey graduated from the University of Redland with a BS in Environmental Science and Spanish in 2020. She currently resides in reside in Montclair California
