Was a four-year letterwinning forward for the Rialto Carter High School basketball program, also played varsity tennis for four seasons...earned all-league honorable mention honors all four years...made Second-Team All-League for basketball her sophomore season...earned First-Team All-League honors and was named team MVP for basketball both her junior and senior seasons.

Born on April 15, 1995.. parents are Ralph and Shelley Waddy...has a younger brother Ronald...currently majoring in kinesiology and wants to eventually become a physician's assistant...when not playing basketball, Chelsea enjoys playing Candy Crush, Bingo Bash, and hanging out with friends...her most memorable sports moment was hitting the game-winning bucket with the clock expiring vs. San Bernardino on senior night...she was also the captain of the Rialto Carter High School drumline.
