Cal State Fullerton

JUNIOR (2026)
She played in 28 games for the season.  She tallied 29 points.  She scored 7 goals and tallie 22 assists. She was second on the team in assists.   She also recorded 13 steals and one field block.

PRIOR TO CAL STATE FULLERTON
She played two seasons at Riverside College.  She tallied 102 points her freshman year after scoring 28 goals and recording 74 assists.  She helped lead the Tigers to the 3C2A State Championship Game.  In her sophomore year, she tallied 103 points after scoring 53 goals and recording 50 assists.  She led the Tigers to back-to-back OEC Championships and to the 3C2A State Championship Third place game.  She garnered All-OEC First Team Honors, All-Socal First Team, and All-American honors in both her freshman and sophomore seasons.

HIGH SCHOOL
She graduated from Martin Luther King HS in Riverside in 2023. She played four years on the varsity squad for the Wolves. Her team were league champions from 2021-2023 and CIF Finalists in 2019 and 2023.

PERSONAL
She was born to Christy and Jeremey Burrell in Corona, Calif.  She has four siblings, Jayci, Kyndall, Presley, and Sloan. She is majoring in Liberal Studies and would like to be a teacher in the future.  She chose to come to Cal State Fullerton over CBU, CUI, Redlands, and Fresno Pacific. She also chose to come to Cal State Fullerton because of the campus, the area, and the team were very welcoming. She played club water polo for Riverside Water Polo under coach Casey Greenawalt and CHAWP under coach Greg Salvinski. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her friends and family. Her older sister Kyndall played Water Polo at CBU (2018-2023) and her younger sister Presley played the 2024 season with her at Riverside City College. Her favorites include: Bean and Cheese Burritos (Food), LA Rams (Sports Teams), Finding Dory (Movie), Taylor Swift (Artist), Where the Crawdads Sing (Book), In-N-Out (Restaurant).
