HIGH SCHOOL
She graduated from Canyon View High School in Waddell, Arizona in 2026.  She was the offensive player of the year her junior and senior year in the 5A Division.  She was named to the All-Conference first team her sophomore through senior year, the All-Region team her sophomore through senior year. She led her team to the 5A State Open FInal Four in 2026 after two 5A State Champions in 2024 and 2025. She was named the AFUHSD Comeback player of the year and also earned AZ All-State Honorable Mention honors. She played club basketball for Locked in Elite in the Under Armour Circuit under head coach Isaiah Lopez. She was named one of AZ Prep's Top Point Guards.

PERSONAL
She was born in Glendale, Arizona to Desirae and Francisco Carranza.  She has three younger siblings, Lourdes, Penelope, and Francisco.  She is majoring in Biological Science and would like to pursue a career in medicine.  She is of Native American descent from the Mojave and Akimel O'odham Tribes. She enjoys her free time going outdoors and spending time with friends and family.  Her mom played at Grand Canyon University, her aunt Ntalie Diaz played at Old Dominion, and her dad also played at Grand Canyon University.  Her pregame tradition is to listen to music.  She models her game after Kelsey Plum.  Her favorites include Mexican (Food), Stephen Curry, Arike Ogunbowale (Athletes), Phoenix Suns (Sports Team), The Avengers, Interstellar, Avatar (Movies), Drake, SZA, Mariah the Scientist, Daniel Caesar (Musical Artist), Harry Potter, Hunger Games, Refugee (Books), Zendaya (Actress), Cheesecake Factory (Restaurant)
