Jillian Osborn is in her second season with the Titans for the 2026 men's season and 2027 women's season after joining Coach Witt from the Bucknell water polo staff. Osborn began her time with Bucknell as assistant coach in August of 2023. Prior to coaching, Osborn was a standout student-athlete in a top 10 national program at Fresno State.
In her first year at Cal State Fullerton, during the 2025 men's season, she helped coach the Titans to a 17-16 overall record. Jacob Hatch became the third member of the men's team to join the 100 goals club. In the 2026 women's season, she helped coach the team to a 17-15 overall for the season. The Titans picked up Top-25 win over then ranked #19 UC Santa Barbara and also picked up their second conference win after once again defeating the Gauchos at UC Santa Barbara. Destiny Hernandez finished her Titan career earning a Big West Honorable Mention as well as ACWPC All-American Honorable Mention Honors. Freshman Lotte Boxsem earned a Big Honorable Mention as well as an ACWPC All-American Honorable Mention.
A native of Tinley Park, Ill., the former Jillian Schultz started her collegiate playing career at Iona, where she was a Second Team All-Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference selection as a freshman in 2019. She was then a key contributor at Fresno State in each of the last two seasons, helping the Bulldogs to a pair of Golden Coast Conference championships. In 2023, she was one of the top scorers on a team that finished 18-9, ranked No. 9 in the nation, and made its third straight NCAA Tournament appearance.
Osborn earned All-GCC honorable mention honors in 2023 after ranking third on the team with 42 goals and fourth with 48 points. Her 81 drawn exclusions not only led the team but were third-most in program history.
Osborn, who earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees at Fresno State, was a two-time Academic All-GCC honoree. She was also a member of the Bulldogs’ Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.
During her time in Fresno, Osborn also volunteered with the Bulldog Water Polo Club and at Fresno State water polo clinics. She also has experience as a swim coach and camp instructor.
