A 2014 graduate of Bozeman High School in Bozeman, Mont…played three years at the varsity level for head coach Hunter Terry as the team’s central midfielder…as a senior was named the Montana Gatorade Boy’s Soccer Player of the Year after scoring seven goals and adding seven assists while leading the Hawks to a 15-0 record and the Class AA state championship…was also a first team all-state selection, and two-time all-conference first team pick…in addition, won a state championship during his junior season.

Born in Bozeman, Mont…parents are David Marshall and Sally Stephenson…has one brother, Grant…major is sociology…played as a central midfielder for the Bozeman Blitze under head coach Joel Gainey for eight years…also played for the U.S. Youth Soccer Region IV Olympic Development Team, making the 2013 region pool selection, the top-25 at region camp and was an all-star selection at the National ODP tournament…in 2011, visited Peru to help communities build indigenous guinea pig huts.
