Made Titans debut at home against UC Davis on Apr. 6 and did not allow a baserunner while collecting his first career strikeout... Appeared at the Stillwater Regional against No. 10 Oklahoma State on May 31, allowing one earned run and issuing three walks to go along with a strikeout.

A 2012 graduate of Valley Christian High School in Cerritos, Calif • Played three years on the varsity squad for head coaches Sean Buller and Erick Streelman • Was named to the 2012 CIF Southern Section Division V team after finishing the year with a 3-1 record and 0.39 ERA while also batting .463 with 24 stolen bases while leading the Crusaders to the Olympic League championship • Was also named first team all-Olympic League and the Cerritos News Co-Player of the Year • Was also named to the Long Beach Press Telegram Dream Team (second) • As a junior in 2011, batted .410 and was named second team all-league and first team all-area.
