BIG WEST RELEASE

IRVINE, Calif. - The Big West Conference announced the 2026 yearly honors on Thursday and the Titans were represented by three different players. Emilie Lugon-Moulin received the top honor for the Titans after being named to the All-Big West First Team in singles. Martina Markovu earned a Second Team All-Big West Honor in singles.  Seniors Milena Gevorgyan and Madison Schwarz were both named a Big West Honorable Mention in doubles.

Emilie Lugon-Moulin was named to the All-Big West First Team in singles. After sitting out last year as a mid-season transfer from Concordia University, she wasted no time getting back into form this past year.  She went 14-5 in singles and 7-2 in Big West play. She primarily played at the No. 2 spot where she was 12-4 and also went 2-1 at the No. 1 spot.



Martina Markov was named to the All-Big West Second team in singles.  Markov went 9-9 overall in singles and 4-5 in Big West play.  She went 7-8 at the No. 1 spot, 1-1 at the No. 2 spot, and 1-0 at the No. 3 spot. 



Milena Gevorgyan and Madison Schwarz were named Big West Honorable Mentions in doubles. Gevorgyan went 13-7 overall in doubles play while Schwarz went 8-4 overall in doubles play.  The duo combined for an 8-3 overall record and 5-1 record in Big West play while playing in the No. 3 spot.



The Titans finished the 2026 season with an 14-8 overall record and a 6-3 record in Big West play and finished as the No. 3 seed in the Big West Championship.  They made it to the Quarterfinal stage where they lost 4-3 against the No. 6 seeded CSUN Matadors.
