SACRAMENTO, Calif. - In a preview of a future Big West battle, the No. 58 Sacramento State Hornets ended the Cal State Fullerton Titans women's tennis team nine game winning streak as they fell 4-2 against the Hornets. 

The Titans moved to 10-3 overall for the season. 

The Titans had to play from behind after dropping the doubles point.  They lost on Court 2 before winning on Court 3 behind between Milena Gevorgyan/Madison Schwarz who won 6-4.  But it came to down Court 1 where the Hornets won 7-5.

In singles play, the Titans evened the match early as Milena Gevorgyan picked up the first point of singles with a 6-4, 6-0 won on court 5 over Emilija Pranyte.  The Hornets won on Court 4 before the Titans tied the match back up at 2-2 as Chloe Schwarz won 6-4, 6-4 on Court against Palina Saulevich.  The Hornets won on Court 1 and Court 3 in straight sets to give them the clinch point over the Titans and take the match. 

The Titans will take on UC Davis tomorrow morning at 10:00 a.m.
