LOS ANGELES, Calif. - The Cal State Fullerton Titans women's tennis team fell on the road to LMU 4-3 on Saturday afternoon at the LMU Tennis Center.

The Titans fell to 1-2 on the season as they have played their first three games on the road. 

The Titans started the match down 1-0 after dropping the doubles point.  The Titans won in No .3 doubles behind Kaytlin Taylor and Seha Yu 6-2 however they dropped the No. 1 and No. 2 doubles.

The Titans split the singles matches with LMU 3 points a piece.  The Lions led 2-0 to start singles after sweeping No. 2 singles.  Diana Yanotovskaya got the first point for the Titans after winning her No. 4 singles match 6-3, 6-3.  The Lions won the next two matches in No. 3 and No. 1 singles to win the match overall, however they played the match to completion where the Titans won in No. 5 and No. 6 singles.  Kaytlin Taylor won her No. 5 singles match 7-6, 6-3 and Milena Gevorgyan won her No. 6 doubles match 6-1, 5-7, 1-0 (10-6).

After spending the first three games on the road, the Titans will return home for four straight games over the next two weekends.  The Titans will host the University of Nevada in their home opener on Friday.  First serve is set for 11:00 am.
