LOS ANGELES -- Cal State Fullerton Softball's season opener at No. 5 UCLA's Easton Stadium on Thursday, February 6 has been postponed to a later date. This decision was made based on the high possibility of rain in the Southern California forecast. 

The game, which was originally scheduled for 6:00 p.m., was previously pushed up to a 5:30 p.m. start time in attempt to avoid inclement weather. This marks the second consecutive season that rain has forced the Titans and Bruins to postpone their season opener. 

The Titans will now open their season hosting the three-day Easton Classic starting Friday, Feb. 7 against San Diego State (3:30 p.m.) and No. 2/3 Oklahoma (6:00 p.m.).

Fans can purchase tickets for various Cal State Fullerton athletic events by visiting FullertonTitansTickets.com. The Athletic Ticket Office can also be contacted by phone at 657-278-2783 or by email at athletictixs@fullerton.edu. The Ticket Office is located at the Titan Baseball ticketing office and is open from 10 am – 4 pm PT, Monday – Friday.
