FULLERTON, Calif. - The Cal State Fullerton Titans women's tennis team defeated the Pomona Pitzer Sagehens 4-0 at home on Saturday morning for their first home win of the 2025 season.

The Titans (2-3) won the doubles point over the Sagehens to take an early 1-0 lead.  The No. 3 pairing pairing of Kaytlin Taylor and Seha Yu won their match 6-0 and the No. 1 pairing of Sein Myoung and Milena Gevorgyan won their match 6-2.

In singles, the Titans and Sagehens were playing to the clinching point.  Five of the six Titans won their first set over Pomona Pitzer. Milena Gevorgyan was the first to win her match as she won in No. 5 singles 6-1, 6-2.  No. 6 Kaytlin Taylor followed her shortly after after winning 6-0, 6-3 to put the Titans ahead 3-0.  Seha Yu clinched the win for the Titans in No. 2 singles after winning 6-3, 6-4.

The Titans will open up Big West play tomorrow morning when they host UC San Diego. First serve is set for 11:00 a.m.
