FULLERTON, Calif. – The Cal State Fullerton women's volleyball program and head coach Nichole "Nicky" Cannon announced the signing of Parys Taylor and Sibley Oster to the 2026 roster. 

Parys Taylor
Outside Hitter | Valencia, Calif. | Canyon High School
Parys Taylor posted a .211 hitting percentage as a junior on the Canyon High School varsity team with 457 kills on 1,206 attacks. She holds the school record for 400+ kills in a single season. Taylor tallied 346 service aces and 60 assists, while averaging 3.2 digs per set for a total of 322 digs. At the net, she recorded 39 blocks, six being unassisted.

In 2024, she earned CIF-SS All-Team honors, was named First Team Foothill League, High School MVP, and received the Valencia All-Tournament Award (Varsity Classic). Previously, she was recognized as a 2023 CIF Foothill League Honorable Mention and earned the 2022 Most Improved Award.

"Parys is one of the most explosive pin hitters I have seen," Cannon said. "Coming from a family of high-level athletes, she brings natural competitiveness and the makeup to contribute right away as we grow our championship identity." 



Sibley Oster
Setter | Austin, Texas | Cedar Park High School
Sibley Oster has accumulated more than 1,700 assists and 500 digs in three seasons with Cedar Park Volleyball, while also earning two state medals. She ranks in the top 5% of her class, having been named to the All-District First Team and the AVCA Best and Brightest First Team. 

In the last two seasons, Sibley Oster has smashed 362 kills on .116 hitting, while assisting in 1,209 attacks for an average of 4.4 assists per set. At the service line, Oster has tallied 1,017 aces with an 89.9 service percentage. She has worked her way around the floor, digging 546 balls and blocking 170 attacks (16 solo). 

"I am so excited for Sibley to join Titans Volleyball," Cannon said. "She consistently performs at an elite level, brings maturity and volleyball IQ beyond her years, and will be a key piece as we continue building a championship-caliber offense and culture."
