Staci Chambers made her 24th start of the year in the circle for the Titans. In two innings of work, Chambers allowed one run off three hits, a walk and one wild pitch. She collected her 149th strikeout of the year, punching out two batters in the first inning.

Haley Rainey started the third inning out of the bullpen for Chambers, down 1-0. Rainey (5.0 IP, 4 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 4 K) changed the game's momentum, striking out the side to end the inning.

The Titans responded in the bottom of the inning as Peyton Toto sent a ball through the left side to score Delgadillo (single, stolen base).

In stealing her second bag of the game, Delgadillo tied USC Upstate's Denver Lauer for the most stolen bases (43) in the nation by a player this season.

Jessi Alcala, Kate Verhoef, Delgadillo (RBI), Bailey Wallace (RBI) and Sarah Perez put together five base knocks to all parts of the field for a 3-1 lead over the Cardinal in the bottom of the fourth. Hannah Becerra extended the Titans lead to 4-1 a batter later with an RBI ground ball to second base.

Alcala tacked on another run for the Titans in the bottom of the fifth inning with a sacrifice fly to left field. Ava Arce scored on the play after reaching second base on a fielding error and throw.

Stanford turned to their bullpen for the bottom of the sixth inning as Alyssa Houston entered the circle. Up 5-1 after five innings, the Titans kept the rally going. Delgadillo opened the inning with a four-pitch walk.

Wallace followed with a fielder's choice before Perez sent a ball down the left-field line for an RBI triple to score Wallace. A fly ball to left field by Toto scored Perez and Arce scored Becerra (walk) with a double off the right field wall.

Rainey and the Titans secured an 8-1 victory over the No. 8 Stanford Cardinal, out-hitting them 12-7. The Titans forced a Game 7 at the Stanford Regional with the win.
