WBB Inks Four Players for the 2025-26 Season

FULLERTON, Calif. –  Head coach Jeff Harada and the Cal State Fullerton women's basketball program have announced that they have signed tfour student-athletes to National Letters of Intent to join the program for the 2025-26 academic year.

"I'm really excited about the amazing class we were able to sign for next season! While each of these young ladies bring their own unique skill set to our team, the one thing they all have in common is their competitiveness, work ethic, character and drive to be the best at whatever they do. The future is extremely bright and it's a great day to be a Titan!" said Head Coach Jeff Harada

Mariah "Mimi" Moon
Guard | Oxnard, Calif. | Buena High School

Mimi is on track to graduate from Buena High School in Ventura, Calif. where she was a four-year letterwinner for the Bulldogs.  She was a member of the all-county first team her sophomore and junior year and all-league during her first three years in the Channel League.  She led her team to a league championship during her junior year.

Mimi was born in Camarillo, Calif. to Starr and Michael Moon.  She has two siblings, Isaiah and Scarlett. She plans on majoring in psychology at Cal State Fulleton.

"I chose to come to Cal State Fullerton because it was close to home, has a great program with amazing coaches, and it has a beautiful campus" said Moon.

"Mimi committed early on in the process showing her desire to be a Titan right away.  She lives and breathes the game and what impressed me most about her wasn't just her bubbly personality, but her basketball IQ which she says comes from studying film after each game.  She's always in the gym working and that work ethic makes her the player she is, whether it's scoring the ball or setting her teammates up for shots.  She has a swag about her that her teammates and fans will love to play with and see." said head Coach Jeff Harada.

"I chose to come to Cal State Fullerton because of the school's location, the beautiful campus, the coaching staff, the team environment, and the university's business program." said Steiner.

"Nicole is an ultra-athletic post who can play inside and out.  A great scorer, rebounder and passer with the speed and skills of a guard, she will be matchup nightmare at her position.  Her drive and competitiveness is what sets her apart.  If you tell her she can't do something, not only will she figure out how to do it, she'll do it better than anyone else.  She is coachable, an amazing teammate and just a great person to be around, her best basketball is still ahead of her and we're thrilled she chose to be a Titan." said Head Coach Jeff Harada.

"Maxine is someone who stood out in the recruiting process because she just finds ways to make plays.  On both ends of the floor, she's always around the ball and you can't help but notice her doing all the little things to make the big things happen.  She has shown the ability to take over games, but it's her non-stop motor, speed and athleticism combined with her versatility and unselfishness that make her a special player." said Head Coach Jeff Harada.

Dylan Swindle
Guard | Laveen, Arizona | Phoenix Fire Prep HS

Dylan is set to graduate from the Phoenix Fire Prep HS in Tempe Arizona.  She played varsity basketball all four years for the Fire Frogs where she won a state championship.  She was named All-City First Team three times and named All-State.

"Dylan is someone we were recruiting for a long time and we're very happy that in the end she will be joining our program.  She's probably one of the nicest and sweetest kids out there, but once she steps on the court something changes. The competitor in her takes over and she's all business.  Her ability to handle the ball and run the offense or play off the ball attacking the basket or knocking down shots from distance will help her to make an immediate impact right away." said Head Coach Jeff Harada.
