Morgan Greene was hired in July 2025 and is in her first season with Cal State Fullerton.
She joined the Titans after coming over from Cal State University San Bernardino where she has been an assistant coach since 2022.
During her first season (2025-26 season), she was a part of the the coaching staff for the Titans women's basketball team that finished with an 18-14 overall record and a 13-7 record in conference play. It was just the second winning season since the 1990-91 season and the team had the most conference wins since the 1990-91 season. Coach Greene helped coach the Bigs where Cristina Jones was named the Co-Hustle Player of the Year, the All-Big West First Team, and the All-Big West Defensive Team...She also helped coach Nicole Steiner to the All-Big West Freshman team. The Titans led the conference in rebounding at 39.9 rebounds per game. Â
During the 2024-2025 season Greene assisted in the Yotes completing their most successful season in a decade with a 16-12 record winning 13 out of the last 14 games 4 Yotes were named CCAA All Conference and the programs all time leading-block record was broken by Center Mia Dufresne.
During the 2023-2024 season Greene assisted in leading the Yotes to their first Postseason appearance since 2017 and the 1st time since 2015 to have 4 yotes landing All-Conference selections with Destiny Jackson receiving National Player of the Week, and 2 CCAA Player of the Weeks.
During the 2022-2023 season Greene assisted in leading the Yotes to .500 wins which is the first time since 2016 with 2 yotes receiving CCAA All conference selections.
Greene was an integral part of championship Team KPA (Kenya Port Authority) during the 2023 Fiba Africa Qualifiers in Rwanda. Greene also played for the Solent Kestrels in the U.K. where she was awarded Player of the Year-South Team MVP while also gaining her MSc in Sports Science and Performance Coaching.
Greene played collegiately at Cal State East Bay winning two championships in her time with the Pioneers and was the leader in the CCAA and the Nation in rebounds and Double Doubles as a Sophomore, 2 All-Conference Honors and accrued 1,000 points in only 3 active seasons as a Pioneer.
She is originally from Waldorf, MD. Â She prepped at Mountain Pointe High School in Phoenix, Arizona. Â She was a two-year varsity player at Mountain Pointe and part of the Arizona Girls AIA State Championship team that finished 30-2 overall
