Erin Underwood serves as the Director of Development for Cal State Fullerton Athletics, a role she began in the spring of 2022. She brings a strong background in fundraising and donor engagement, with prior experience leading donor relations and managing a global donor portfolio for a major international non-profit.

Erin holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology from Biola University. Her educational background and professional experience reflect her commitment to building meaningful relationships and advancing impactful causes.

Outside of work, Erin is passionate about volunteering in the disabled community and remains active in service efforts that promote inclusion and empowerment. She also enjoys spending time with her family, swimming, and trying out new recipes in the kitchen.
