Carol Chang was born on March 31, 1990, in Taiwan... her motheris Natalie Chang of Walnut, California... Carol graduated (2008)from Rowland High School in Rowland Heights, California, where shecompeted in the 100, 200 and 4x100 relay... she was Scholar-Athleteof the Year for 2008... for Cal State Fullerton she ran the anchorleg of the second-place 4x100 meter relay team at the 2010 Big WestConference Championships.
