Lauren Mario enters her first season as anundergraduate assistant for head coach Kelly Ford. The SanDiego, Calif., native played four seasons for the Titans helpingFullerton finish her senior season with a record of 33-21-1, mostwins for the program since 2007, while notching a third placefinish in the Big West.
CAL STATE FULLERTON
SENIOR (2014): Appeared in 46 games,making a career-high 40 starts in right field…hit .200 withfive home runs and 17 RBI’s during the 2013-14season…posted five multi-RBI contests…roped aneight-game hitting streak between Mar. 26-Apr. 10…scored acareer-high three times against UNLV on Mar. 14…turned in a(1-for-3) performance versus then No. 2 Tennessee, driving in apair via a home run…also clubbed a round-tripper atdefending conference champs Hawai’i, batting (1-for-3) withone run scored and a season-high three RBI’s.
JUNIOR (2013): Appeared in 47 games,making 31 starts at second base for Fullerton...hit .237 with threehome runs and 10 RBI's during the 2012-13 season...had fivemultiple-hit games this season, including a three-hit performance(3-for-4) against UC Santa Barbara on March 23...also had twomultiple RBI games and five stolen bases...had her best performanceof the season versus Charleston Southern on March 8 when she beltedtwo home runs and recorded four RBI's in a 10-2 Fullertonwin...first Titan to hit two home runs in a game since Anissa Youngdid during the 2011-12 season...On March 1 with Fullerton trailing4-3 versus Wisconsin, Mario hit a three-run home run in the bottomof the sixth inning to help propel the Titans over theBadgers...scored 18 runs and had a .382 sluggingpercentage...logged a .971 fielding percentage and had 52putouts.
SOPHOMORE (2012): Appeared in 23 games, making twostarts, in a reserve role for the Titans...hit .182 (4-22) in thosecontests with a double, six runs scored, and four RBI's...had twomulti-RBI games, one versus UC Santa Barbara on April 6 going onefor four with two RBI's and on May 11 versus UC Davis going one forone with two runs and two RBI's.
FRESHMAN (2011): Appeared in 43 games,making 37 starts...hit .221 overall on the season with fivedoubles, three triples, four home runs, and 10 RBI...led the teamwith 23 runs scored and tied for the team lead in triples...herfour home runs were also second on the team...led the team with 19walks on the year...logged her first career hit with a doubleagainst Texas A&M...drove home her first career runs with twoRBI against Long Island...hit her first career home run againstUtah State in the bottom of the seventh to tie a game the Titanswould eventually win, 2-1, in extra innings...followed that up witha home run against UCLA in the team's next contest...also homeredagainst Canisius and UC Riverside...recorded her first careermulti-hit game with a 2-for-3 performance against Troy...drove homea career-high three runs in game two of the series against UCRiverside...reached base safely in a team-high 12 consecutive gamesfrom Feb. 25-March 12, hitting safely in nine of those and batting.323 (10-for-31) with 11 runs scored and six extra base hits inthat stretch...walked twice in a game three times.

Four-year letter winner for the Broncos who also played twoseasons of field hockey...first-team All-Palomar League First-Teamselection as a junior, helping the Broncos to a CIF title...hit.327 that season with six home runs, seven triples, and 27 RBIwhile slugging .673 on the year...All-Palomar League Second-Teamchoice as a senior after batting .330 with four home runs and 18RBI...two time most outstanding defensive player and the mostoutstanding offensive player as a senior...All-North County FirstTeam choice as a sophomore.
