Competed in all four meets…ran a personal-best 8.11 in the 60m at the MPSF Championships…helped the men’s 4x400 relay team to a first place 3:10.44 first place finish at the New Mexico Collegiate Invitational…logged a season-best 48.42 in the 400m at the Silver State Invitational, placing second

OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD (2024)
Competed in nine meets ... ran a personal-best 52.05 in the 400H at The Big West Championships to finish fourth ... was part of the first place 4x400m relay team at the conference championships that clocked a 3:08.87 ... competed as part of the Titans' 4x400m relay team at the NCAA West Prelims that raced a 3:06.93

INDOOR TRACK & FIELD (2024)
Competed in one meet, the MPSF Championships ... was part of the second place distance medley relay team that finished second at the conference championships with a time of 10:03.63

PRIOR TO CSF
Attended College of San Mateo for three years… earned an associates degree in psychology and ran track… is second all-time in the 400m hurdle and fourth all-time in the 110m high hurdle… received the coaches award and was a team captain
 
HIGH SCHOOL
Graduated from Hillsdale High School in 2020… played varsity football for two years and varsity track and soccer for a year each… was team captain his junior year
