FULLERTON, Calif. - Cal State Fullerton was swept in straight sets (12-25, 19-25, ) by No. 21 Hawaii in Titan Gym on Friday night. It's the second straight loss for the Titans as they have officially finished half of their Big West schedule.

Julia Crawford finished the night with a match-high 13 kills to go along with 7 digs. Savahna Costello led the way once again with 14 digs putting her into eighth in the all-time record book with 1,040 for her career. Haley Carmo had a solid night with four kills and a match-high four aces.

The Rainbow Wahine (17-3, 7-2 Big West) dominated the first set hitting just shy of 30% compared to a negative-0.56% from Fullerton (10-9, 2-6 Big West). The Titan struggles led to a 25-12 loss in the first set.

CSF turned it around in the second set, jumping out to an 8-5 lead early on. However, five straight points from UH put that back in the driver's seat and they would not give up the lead again. Fullerton would keep battling back and forth, but the Rainbow Wahine scored the final five points to close out the set 25-19.

Hawaii would take control of the third set right out of the gate with the first four points and would hold on for a 25-18 victory to complete the sweep.

The Titans are back in action next weekend as they host UC Irvine on Saturday in Titan Gym at 7:00 p.m.
