FULLERTON, Calif. – Cal State Fullerton (7-8) fell to James Madison (13-5) Friday night at Goodwin field with a final score of 1-0.

Tanner Bibee looked like an ace on the mound, going eight innings while giving up just one run which was unearned. Bibee looked to getting stronger on the mound as the game went even while throwing over 100 pitches in the contest.

The Titans had their chances to tie the game up or take the lead, however, they were unable to drive in any runs, leaving nine runner stranded.

Hank LoForte once again reached base safely, extending his unbelievable on-base streak to 60 consecutive games which leads the country. LoForte went 1-for-3 with one walk in Friday's game.

Fullerton looks to bounce back tomorrow and take game two of the three game series Saturday night with first pitch scheduled for 6 p.m. PT.
