BOULDER, Colo. – Senior Tatiana Bell posted set two personal bests for Cal State Fullerton women's track and field at the Colorado Invitational on Saturday afternoon.
Bell tied her PR in the 60 meters preliminary round with a time of 7.75, good for eighth place. She then set a new personal best in the final, taking sixth place with a time of 7.70. In the 200m, Bell clocked a personal-best time of 25.39 that was good for ninth place.
Fanny Giron took ninth place in the 400-meter sprint with a personal-best time of 57.91. Giron clocked a time of 26.37 in the 200 meters as well. India Owens' time of 58.71 was good for 16th place.
Kiana Clay clocked a 400m time of 59.76 and also ran the 200 meters in 26.07, taking 23rd place in both events. Alayah Byers clocked a 60m time of 7.81 and took 11th place. She then ran the 200m in 26.21 for 26th place. Tyler Hardge took 24th at 26.08 in the 200 meters.
Tammy Vien clocked a 60-meter hurdles time of 9.27 while Iesha Hamm ran the race in a personal-best time of 9.58.
The squad returns to action in Seattle at the Husky Classic on Feb. 9-10.
