Trailing 2-1 in sets, the Titans won set No. 4, 25-17, and then won the tie-breaker, 18-16, on their third match-point serve.

Saturday produced a pair of sweeps. The Titans handled North Carolina-Greensboro, 3-0, but then lost the championship match by the same score to Pepperdine.
