Cal State Fullerton returns to Titan Gym with just four matches remaining in the 2012 regular season.
The Titans will host Cal Poly at 7:00 p.m., Friday, before UC Santa Barbara visits at 7:00 p.m., Saturday. Prior to the start of the match on Saturday, the Titans will honor the 2012 senior class.

Cal State Fullerton's season-long, five match-win streak ended on Oct. 20 at Mott Gym, as Cal Poly upended the Titans, 3-2 (25-23, 18-25, 27-25, 13-25, 15-13). Cal Poly was led by a quartet in the attack with Holly Franks landing 14 kills, followed by Molly Pon and Hannah Schleis, who contributed 12 kills apiece. Kayla Neto recorded a match high with 27 kills, while finding her way to 16 digs. Junior Bre Moreland added 15 kills and 16 digs for a double-double, while senior Gabrielle Dewberry totaled 28 digs. Fullerton outhit Cal Poly, .201 to .153, but the Mustangs landed six more kills and totaled 102 digs as the pair of Maddie Kuber (26 assists, 17 digs) and Shannon Garrett (25 assists, 13 digs) led the offense and defense.

Kayla Neto landed a career-best 35 kills as Cal State Fullerton extended its winning streak to five matches in a five-set (25-17, 22-25, 27-25, 23-25, 15-12) victory over UC Santa Barbara at the Thunderdome. In the fifth and deciding set, Neto was responsible for seven of Fullerton's nine kills as the club hit at a clip of .241 in the final game, while holding the Gauchos to a .091 attacking percentage. Junior Bre Moreland planted 13 kills and added a season-best 21 digs. Freshman Lauren Kissell added 12 kills, while hitting at a clip of .306 and stuffing six UCSB attempts with six block assists. Senior Gabrielle Dewberry found her way to a career-best 34 digs, while freshman Hollland Crenshaw bested her previous career high with nine block assists.

• Against Long Beach State last Thursday, Kayla Neto recorded 25 kills to bring her career total to 1,542, setting the all-time record for the Titans and surpassing Susan Herman (1986-89) and Brittany Moore (2005-08), who each previously held the record of 1,534…Cal State Fullerton has now won six straight matches against UC Irvine…Kayla Neto has totaled 18 double-doubles in 2012, including 15 in a row…Bre Moreland has also totaled 18 double-doubles in 2012, and her 27 digs against UC Irvine last Saturday set a new career high…Julie Consani's double-double of 44 assists and 14 digs at UCI was her fifth double-double of 2012...the Titans are 8-0 after winning the first two sets in matches this year.

Last week senior Kayla Neto set the all-time record for career kills at Cal State Fullerton, surpassing Susan Herman (1986-89) and Brittany Moore (2005-08), who shared the all-time record with 1,534 kills each. Neto has now totaled 1,561 career kills as the number continues to climb. Neto's 100 career service aces rank eighth all-time...Neto's 56 career solo blocks tie for sixth in Titan all-time history, while her 247 block assists rank fifth...Neto's mark of 303 total blocks rates sixth all-time...in addition, Neto has accumulated 1,840.5 points at CSF, a total that is a new all-time record at Cal State Fullerton...Gabrielle Dewberry's total of 1,198 career digs ranks fifth all-time at CSF.
