UC Davis and Pacific Set to Visit Titan Gym
Cal State Fullerton looks to get back to winning after the Titans' five-match win streak was snapped in a five-set loss at Cal Poly last Saturday. The loss moved CSF from tied for second in the Big West standings, to now tied with UC Santa Barbara for fourth.

Friday is Educator Appreciation and Pink Night at Titan Gym. California K-12 educators, administrators, and college professors can receive up to two free tickets for the match against UC Davis. In addition, the Zeta Tau Alpha sorority will be on hand to pass out ribbons and provide breast cancer awareness information for fans. On Saturday, the first 100 fans through the doors will receive a fan as the Titans thank all their supporters.

Kayla Neto hammered home a match-high 27 kills as the Titans ended a six-match skid with a 3-2 (28-26, 19-25, 22-25, 25-16, 15-11) victory over UC Davis at The Pavilion. Neto hit at a clip of .253 for the evening and added 16 digs and three blocks assists as the Titans were able to earn their first win in Big West play. After giving up a 2-1 set lead to Pacific on Friday night, CSF made a comeback Saturday night with wins in the match's final two games while hitting at clips of .289 (game 4) and .308 (game 5). Senior Kaylynne Taeatafa guided the Titan offense with a match-high 57 assists as four players reached double-figure kills including Bre Moreland (15), Leah Best (12) and Lauren Kissell (11). CSF also dropped six service aces in the matches.

Senior Kayla Neto was not enough at the Alex G. Spanos Center, as Pacific won the final two sets of a five-game marathon to defeat Cal State Fullerton, 3-2 (25-22, 14-25, 20-25, 25-13, 25-13).
After three sets, the Titans had a 2-1 lead over the Tigers (13-2, 1-1 Big West), but after holding Pacific to sub .150 attacking percentages in the second and third games respectively, CSF could not do the same in the match's final sets. Pacific was led by Megan Birch's match-high 20 kills, while the Tigers hit at a clip of .308 in game four and .229 in game five. Hannah Clancy totaled a match-best 26 digs for the Tigers, while Kat Schulz recorded a double-double of 10 kills and 25 digs.
